On-line registration (https://www.gwllittleleague.com) is now open and will remain open until 2/2/26. We are planning on hosting some in-person registration events this winter as well (details to follow). We are planning on hosting several, (free) indoor clinics (pitching, catching, hitting, etc.) at the GWL schools starting in January 2026. Teams will begin indoor practice February 2026. All players and coaches/volunteers must be registered to participate in any Little League activities.
Spring 2026 Fees for Baseball & Softball:
T-ball (co-ed) (age 4-5 y/o): $100.00 per player
Coach Pitch (baseball and softball) (age 6-8y/o): $100.00 per player
Minors (age 9-10 y/o) & Majors (age 11-12 y/o): $125.00 per player
50/70 (baseball) (age 11-13 y/o): $150.00 per player
Juniors (age 13-14 y/o) & Seniors (age 15-16 y/o): $150.00 per player
Every player will receive a shirt, pants, hat, belt, and socks.
Early Bird registration discount. Register by 12/31/25 and save $50 per player. Between 1/1/26 – 1/15/26, save $25 per player. You do not have to pay in full to receive the discount, but you MUST BE FULLY REGISTERED. If you need to pay by check and/or make arrangements for a payment plan, please contact Jim Einstman @ 845-480-4141 to make arrangements
On-line registration will close on February 1st and a $25.00 late fee will be added to the registration fees. After 2/15/26, an additional fee of $25 will be added as we are planning to order uniforms by this date.
There is a discount for families that register multiple players. In addition to the Early Bird Discount, the second player will receive a $5 discount. Third player will receive a $10 discount. The fourth and any subsequent player will receive a $15 discount.
Each order (family) will also pay for 10 raffle tickets at $10.00 each but will receive 20 tickets to sell. You keep all the money from ticket sales to off-set the cost of registration. EX: if your registration fee is $100.00 + $100.00 for raffle tickets = $200.00 due at registration. You sell 20 tickets and collect $200.00, your registration was $0. If you register early and get the discounts, you are making money!!!!!
Please note that league fees do not include volunteer bonds. A volunteer bond of $150 per FAMILY will be collected at the time that uniforms are distributed. 2 hours of volunteer activities are required for each player. Upon completion of volunteer hours, bond checks will be returned. These checks are not deposited until after the season. Little League is run 100% by volunteers at EVERY LEVEL and it really does take a village to have a successful league. We have listened to feedback from this community. As a result, head and assistant coaches are no longer required to provide bond checks. We have also increased the opportunities for families to complete their volunteer hours. In addition to the concession stand, folks can assist at our in-person registration events, fund-raising activities, pre and post season clean-up, and pre-game field prep. We are flexible and open to other ways you can help the league and meet the volunteer requirements.
